# Certificación Operador Fenicio

## ¿Qué es la certificación?

La certificación de Operador Fenicio valida los conocimientos necesarios para gestionar una tienda online dentro de la plataforma.

Está orientada a quienes trabajan en operación, marketing o administración del eCommerce y buscan profesionalizar su uso de Fenicio.

### ¿Qué vas a aprender?

Durante el curso vas a recorrer los principales módulos de la plataforma:

* Gestión de productos e importaciones
* Logística y tipos de envío
* Promociones y descuentos
* Contenidos y navegación
* Atención al cliente y SEO
* Reportes y análisis de ventas
* Integración con Mercado Libre

### Modalidad

* Clases 100% online (Zoom)
* 12 clases + examen final
* Evaluación múltiple opción (20 preguntas en 20 minutos)
* Aprobación con 80%
