# ChatGPT - Ficha de producto

## Integración

La integración permite incorporar ChatGPT dentro de la ficha de producto para brindar respuestas automáticas y contextualizadas a los usuarios.

El asistente funciona a partir de prompts personalizados definidos por el cliente, permitiendo adaptar las respuestas según grupos de producto o catálogo completo. Además, el prompt puede orientarse específicamente a recomendar productos y derivar al usuario hacia la tienda, ayudando a impulsar la conversión y acompañar la decisión de compra.

De esta forma, la ficha de producto se transforma en una experiencia más interactiva, personalizada y orientada a facilitar la decisión de compra.

## Requerimiento de alta

Para realizar la configuración, el cliente deberá enviar:

* El prompt específico que desea utilizar para las respuestas de ChatGPT, contemplando el comportamiento esperado y la derivación de usuarios hacia productos o secciones de la tienda.
* El detalle de los productos donde desea habilitar la funcionalidad.
