## Integración

Te Devuelvo es una plataforma uruguaya que automatiza devoluciones y cambios en tiendas online. Permite que los clientes soliciten devoluciones 24/7 mediante un botón en tu ecommerce; coordinan la recolección con couriers, generan etiquetas y permiten gestionar todo desde un panel online. La herramienta proporciona métricas en tiempo real sobre devoluciones y tendencias de comportamiento del cliente. Integración rápida (24‑48 h) y cobertura en todo Uruguay, con costos y retiro a cargo del comprador salvo cuando el error es del vendedor.

## Requerimientos y proceso para alta

El cliente debe contactar al equipo de Te Devuelvo para solicitar las IP de conexión con Fenicio. Luego, debe incluir esta información en un ticket dirigido al equipo de soporte de Fenicio y solicitar la habilitación de las mismas para API V1, así como también la colocación de un botón con un hipervínculo dentro del sitio.
