# Retiro en sucursal y Pick-ups externos

El **retiro en sucursal** y los **pick-ups externos** son modalidades de entrega que le permiten al comprador retirar su compra en un **punto físico específico**, en lugar de recibirla en una dirección.

Para que estas modalidades estén disponibles en el checkout, deben existir **puntos de retiro configurados en el sistema**.\
Estos puntos se crean y gestionan a través de la configuración de **logística**, donde se definen los tipos de envío asociados, las zonas de cobertura y las condiciones de retiro.

Los [**costos de retiro**](/logistica/retiro-en-sucursal-y-pick-ups-externos/retiro-en-sucursal.md) se determinan a partir del **tipo de envío configurado**, al cual se vinculan las sucursales o pick-ups. De esta forma, cada punto de retiro puede heredar las condiciones de costo definidas en la logística correspondiente.
