# Configuración

En esta sección podemos visualizar diferentes partes de la conexión con el módulo de Mercado Libre.

## Conexión con Mercado Libre

Aquí podemos ver si la cuenta fue correctamente enlazada con la cuenta en Mercado Libre.

## Ver compradores bloqueados

Seleccionando esta opción podemos ver los usuarios que compraron en la tienda, y por alguna razón fueron bloqueados, también podemos desbloquear usuarios por esta misma interfaz. 

## Gestión de plantillas de respuesta rápida

En ésta sección podemos crear plantillas de respuesta rápida a preguntas, que luego podemos utilizarlas como shortcuts en los mensajes que dejan los usuarios.

* En la nueva plantilla se crea el Título de la plantilla, contenido y si va a estar disponible para preguntas y/o mensajería.
* Clic en Guardar.
