# Doble factor de autenticación

El doble factor de autenticación agrega una capa adicional de seguridad al acceso al panel de gestión.

Cuando está activado, el usuario debe completar dos validaciones:

1. Ingresar el código de acceso recibido por email.
2. Completar la validación adicional del doble factor de autenticación.

### Activar o desactivar el doble factor

1. Ingresa a **Administración** ➡ **Administradores**.
2. Busca al usuario.
3. Utiliza el interruptor correspondiente al doble factor de autenticación.
4. Confirma el cambio, si el sistema lo solicita.

El interruptor controla únicamente el doble factor de autenticación. No habilita ni deshabilita el acceso del usuario al panel.

### Recomendación de seguridad

Se recomienda mantenerlo activado, especialmente para usuarios con:

* Rol Administrador.
* Acceso a ventas o información sensible.
* Permisos para gestionar integraciones.
* Permisos para modificar configuraciones generales de la tienda.
